By using THEEGEEK, you agree to use the website lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the website, its systems, or other users.

THEEGEEK presents data, counters, statistics and visual information for general informational and educational purposes. Some figures are estimates, projections or calculations based on published source data and may differ from actual real-time values.

No Guarantee of Accuracy or Availability

We aim to present useful information, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current, error-free or continuously available. Sources, methodologies and data may change over time.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, THEEGEEK's original website design, branding, presentation and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party data, trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Advertising

THEEGEEK may display advertising or offer advertising space. The following additional terms apply to purchases of THEEGEEK Pixel Ads.

Pixel Ads Purchases

A Pixel Ads purchase provides advertising space for the selected Pixel block for the advertising period shown at the time of purchase. The current standard advertising period is 30 days. A purchase does not transfer ownership of any part of THEEGEEK or of the Pixel block itself. When the advertising period expires, the Pixel block may become available for purchase by another advertiser.

Pixel Ads Content Rules

Pixel Ads must not contain, promote, advertise or link to sexual or adult content or gambling-related content or services. These rules apply to the advertisement image, the submitted destination URL, the website reached from that URL, and any redirect or final destination reached through the advertisement.

Advertisers must not use redirects, forwarding services, intermediary pages or other methods to bypass these advertising rules. A destination that changes after purchase must continue to comply with these rules throughout the advertising period.

Advertiser Responsibility

The advertiser is responsible for the image, destination URL and other material submitted for a Pixel Ad and for ensuring that the advertisement and its destination comply with applicable law and these Terms. The advertiser must have the necessary rights and permissions to use and submit the image, trademarks, logos and other material included in the advertisement.

24-Hour Correction Period

Where THEEGEEK provides a customer management facility, the advertiser may update the Pixel Ad image or destination URL during the 24-hour correction period provided for that advertisement. This correction facility does not permit prohibited content and does not extend or restart the original advertising period.

Suspension of Pixel Ads

THEEGEEK may suspend a Pixel Ad if its image or destination website, including any redirect or final destination, violates these Terms or the Pixel Ads content rules. When an advertisement is suspended, its advertising image and clickable destination may stop being displayed publicly. The Pixel block may remain unavailable to other advertisers until the end of the original advertising period.

Suspension for a violation does not itself entitle the advertiser to a refund, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law. Suspension does not extend or restart the original advertising period.

Payments, Duration and Expiry

The price and advertising period applicable to a Pixel Ads purchase are shown before payment. Once payment is successfully completed and the advertisement is activated, the advertising period runs until its stated expiry. Expired advertisements may be removed from public display and their Pixel blocks may be made available again.

Technical Availability

THEEGEEK aims to keep Pixel Ads available during their advertising period, but uninterrupted display or access cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruption may occur because of maintenance, hosting or network issues, security measures, technical faults or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Acceptance and Version of Terms

When a Pixel Ads purchase requires the advertiser to confirm acceptance of these Terms, that acceptance applies to the version presented for that purchase. THEEGEEK may retain a record of the acceptance time and the applicable Terms version for administration, security and record-keeping purposes. Later changes to these Terms do not change the version recorded for an earlier purchase unless required by law or separately agreed.

Prohibited Use

You must not attempt to disrupt, damage, misuse, gain unauthorized access to, or interfere with THEEGEEK or its underlying systems.

Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, THEEGEEK is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on website information, temporary unavailability, third-party content, or use of external websites.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as THEEGEEK develops or new services are introduced. The current version will be published on this page.
